Customer Service Policy

Customer satisfaction is our Highest Priority! We will respond to any questions, comments and complaints as soon as possible.

Return / Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your order, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product to NexySoft.

For your convenience, we also accept returns by mail for orders that were shipped directly to you. Due to copyright laws, computer software in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same item. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer/publisher. Please take shipping time into consideration.

Order Processing Time:

Order processing time includes credit verification and time to pick and pack your order. If the merchandise is in stock, your order should leave our warehouse in 1-2 days. Please allow up to two additional days for credit verification.

Ground Shipping Time:

Shipping time can take up to 1-2 weeks depending on the destination of the order.

For your convenience, we deliver hardware anywhere in Canada and the United States . To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway number with your order.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.
